We pride ourselves on ensuring the vinyl records we supply are of the highest quality. We want them to reach you in good condition following prompt delivery. All vinyl will be cleaned and played through once before shipping to ensure quality.

Paying By Cheque / Postal Order / Bankers Draft


Orders placed using the payment methods of Cheque, Postal Orders or Bankers Draft will be held by us for 5 working days. If payment is not received in this time period, the items ordered will be placed back on the site and your order will be cancelled.

Claiming For Lost Or Damaged Orders


In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or lost in the post, we must be informed within 2 weeks of the order having shipped. You can do this through our Contact Us page. We will then investigate the issue and decide upon appropriate compensation if necessary.

Cancellations


You may cancel any order before it has been shipped. For PayPal transactions this will mean 1-3 working days. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel an order by email you must wait to receive a confirmation of the cancellation. Your order is not cancelled until you receive this.

Second Hand Vinyl


Images used on our website are for illustration purposes only. Due to the second hand nature of our products we cannot guarantee that they may not differ slightly from the images shown. Some vinyl may have markings or pen on the label, although every effort is made to ensure that there is no effect on the playability of the product.
